Lights, Camera, Action! And that’s not just a metaphor for this workshop that will not take place in the sound booth, but in front of the camera. After all the time you’ve spent behind the microphone learning the techniques necessary for voice-over work, it’s easy to fathom that there is a whole other set of techniques for on-camera work. Using monologue and scene scripts, some chosen by Frank, some chosen by you, explore the world of on-camera acting including sizing your performance for the camera and picking audition material that’s right for you. You’ll also have the opportunity to review your recorded performances with video playback. Add more range to your repertoire and expand your potential for acting work by developing your on-camera skills.
